Home Watch Services
We conduct comprehensive indoor reviews, including but not limited to examining the water heater, checking for vandalism, inspecting front and alternative access points, monitoring refrigerator and freezer temperatures, testing thermostats and humidity levels, and looking for any visible signs of water or mold damage.
Outdoor Services
We perform assessments of your outdoor property, including your pool, patio, lanai, pool cage, landscaping, outdoor furniture, AC unit, windows, sliding glass doors, and any other outdoor areas you request or deem important.
Hurricane Shutters
In anticipation of approaching storms, we provide assistance with installing or removing hurricane shutters as necessary. Our services cover a range of shutter types including accordion, colonial, automatic roll down, and Bahama shutters.

As dedicated Venice locals, we live year-round in this charming area, deeply connected to its heart and people. Driven by our passion for community and a desire to assist the experience of our semi-permanent residents, we have started on a mission to offer a service that caters specifically to the needs of Venice’s unique population.
Sean Ellis, Owner and Operator
Sean Ellis has lived in Venice for ~5 years now and is a local physical therapist. He is married to Autumn Ellis and has a one year old daughter. He started this business as a way to help our friends and family with property management and it has blossomed from there.
David Osmond, Co-owner
David is a Venice local of over ~20 years. An active member of the community he coaches little league baseball and soccer for his two young kids teams. David enjoys grilling out back with his family and fishing at the many local areas in the greater Venice area.
